Well, well, I wanted to start filling you in on my new project, but my blessed camera and laptop are not on speaking terms for some reason. I know how that is, really I do, but I am not sure which one started it!
So, I'll give you this hint instead: Sisters on the Fly love them and so do I!
Of course, it will take me years to get this project completed (I'm sitting on dozens of unfinished projects), but hopefully one day it will be worth it. I can't wait to get started.
Hopefully the old camera will be kinder to the work computer tomorrow and I will let you in on Project 1958!

LOL!!! I'd be a really bad one, but that would be incredibly fun!! :)
so you've bought a 1958 vintage camper and are fixing it up?! sweet!
Hi,:D Thanx for stopping by...your just in time for my Big Reveal. And, not letting "your cat out of the bag"...just wanted to let you know that, we bought our trailer three years ago! Time, Money, Laziness, Business, Silliness...we all have are reasons on why we finish some projects and let others go to the wayside. But I will tell you this, this is one project I am glad we are finished with!:D
Good Luck with your "project" will come back to see your progress from time to time ;D Let me know if I can be of any help!
Have A Sunshiny Kind of Day!
Christine
You guessed it!!!! :D
I did buy one and it is sweet! Sadly, some of the original components are gone (the dinette bench/bed to be specific, but the original table is there). It is a 1958 Trotwood and is in fair to good shape (we hauled it home anyway!!). It's a "canned ham" style trailer! I found that link after I bought it (guess what I used the bonus money for-not paying bills, LOL!!).
The last owner (we are the third owners) sprayed it forest green and painted the inside bright yellow and lime green. The paint is peeling off the wood easily so far and I have hope it will come off. Otherwise I will just paint a color I can "camp" with (like aqua or paler yellow or red...hmmmm!!!)
My camera is being a pain-in-the-ass for some unknown reason and won't transfer my photos. I am going to try with Sr's camera tonight when I get home from work.
I figure if nothing else, if we can't get it 100% road worthy or TEOTWAWKI happens and traveling is out-out-out, it will make a nice shed or cabin!
excellent! i can't wait to see pictures!
